About
My interest is in solving problems for organizations and people that contribute to the vitality and stability of New York City and State. This is what led me to my most recent position as President of the Citizens Budget Commission, the leading non partisan nonprofit research organization in New York on city and state fiscal issues. Its work is just as important now as it was more than eighty years ago, when CBC was created by concerned New Yorkers during the Great Depression. Below are descriptions of the skills I have developed at CBC and in previous positions as a CEO, consultant and government manager.
